  • All information given to The Foreclosure Group must be correct and valid and submitted by the required date.
  • If Homeowners have sought a voluntary dismissal of a Ch. 13 bankruptcy case in response to the mortgage lender's motion to lift the automatic stay; or Homeowners' mortgage lender has been named in two or more Ch. 13 bankruptcy cases in the past 18 months where Homeowners and/or any co-owner have been a petitioner.
